Bewdley Town 1-4 Uttoxeter Town Uttoxeter continued their impressive start to the season with an away win at Ribbesford Meadow on Saturday against Bewdley Town. The hosts took the lead in the 18th minute through Ethan Tivey before Uttoxeter level in the 27th minute to make it 1-0. Uttoxeter scored again in the 56th, 61st and 76th minute throughout the second half to take home the three points. The goals came from Joel Dyche, Paul Hughes, Kieran Wild and Mikey Conlon for Uttoxeter. Phil Adams has done a brilliant job as their new manager, and they look forward to hosting Northwich Victoria on Tuesday evening. Northwich Victoria 0-3 Tividale Tividale recorded an eye-catching win against Northwich Victoria on Saturday to climb up the table. It was the visitor’s first win of the season and should give them a bit of confidence and belief. The visitors opened the scoring through Dom Dell in the 22nd minute before Ryan Snape made it 2-0 in the 44th minute. Lewis Taylor-Boyce made it 3-0 in the 78th minute to seal the win in front of a notable crowd of 154 supporters. This feels like a huge win for Tividale under new manager Stuart How and it will be interesting to see how the club builds on this result. Romulus 1-0 AFC Wulfrunians Romulus recorded an excellent win against AFC Wulfrunians at CV Stadium on Saturday. The win is a huge boost for new manager Neil Tooth and the club’s aspirations of competing near the top of the table. Jose Paz scored in the 18th minute to give the Roms the lead and the hosts never looked back to get the win. The win continues Romulus’ excellent home form for the season where they have picked up 10 points from four matches. Shifnal Town 3-1 Lichfield City Shifnal had an excellent win against Lichfield City to continue their impressive start to the season. Kieran Buckley scored in the 14th minute before Joe Ellis Cuff scored in the 36th minute to give the Shropshire club control of the match. Jack Fishman scored in the 64th minute before Lichfield responded in the 87th minute through Liam Kirton to make it 3-1. There was a notable attendance of 175 for this match on Saturday which was commendable. Stone Old Alleynians 2-3 Highgate United Highgate United battled for an away win over Stone Old Alleynians to cement their position near the top of the table. Ethan Muckley scored a late winner for the visitors in the 89th minute to give the Gate the three points at Kings Park. The visitor’s away form will be crucial if they want to be a dark horse for the league title this season, so this result is encouraging for the Solihull based club. Stone Old Alleynians competed admirably against tough opposition and can be a tough team to break down at home. Stourport Swifts 2-1 Dudley Town Stourport had a momentum building win at Walshes Meadow on Saturday against Dudley Town in front of an excellent crowd of 171 supporters. Jim Hanson scored the opening goal for the hosts in the seventh minute before Jamie Beddall scored in the 32nd minute for Dudley Town to make it 1-1 going into half time. Ethan Hanson scored the winning goal in the second half for Stourport from a header from a set piece to give the Swifts the three points. Studley 3-1 Atherstone Town Studley continued their brilliant start to the season with a 3-1 home win over Atherstone Town on Saturday at the Studley Sports Centre. Second half goals from Tyler Bruck, Harry Eden and a long-range effort from John Mills gave the Bees the three points to continue their good home record. Studley are unbeaten at home in the league with three wins from three matches. Atherstone Town initially took the lead through Kev Hemagous in the first half, but Studley responded in the second half. Wolverhampton Casuals 0-1 Congleton Town Congleton Town got a confidence building win at Brinsford Stadium on Saturday to kickstart their season and climb up the table. A goal from George Sankey in the 20th minute was enough to give the Bears the three points in front of a good crowd of 100 supporters. This is the visitor’s first away win of the season and alongside the 4-0 home win over Uttoxeter at Booth Street, one of their standout results of the season so far.
