GOALS GALORE AS CUP PROGRAMME HIT BY WEATHER

Despite the recent wet weather causing numerous postponements across Tuesday night's cup programme, the fixtures that did go ahead produced an abundance of goals.

In the Moldwel Products Midland Football League Cup Second Round there was progression for Atherstone Town (8-2 against Chelmsley Town) and Lichfield City (5-0 winners away at Highgate United).

In the Birmingham Midweek Floodlit Cup, Coton Green made it into the semi-finals with a 2-1 victory against Division 1 rivals Paget Rangers.

​Meanwhile in the Birmngham Senior Cup, Tividale thrashed United Counties League Premier Division side Coventry United 6-1, Ryan Snape grabbing a hat-trick.
