FLYERS GO TOP OF TABLE

LYE TOWN knocked Boldmere off the top of the  MFL Premier with a 2-0 win at Stourbridge Road.
A first half goal from Sam Tye and one in the second from Adam Meacham won the game for Lye, in front of a crowd of 154.
Romulus surprised Shifnal by beating them 3-2 at the Acoustafoam Stadium. Two from Owen Watkins and one from Cameron Lee saw them through.
In the first division, Jordan Wilson scored all four goals for Ashby Ivanhoe in a 4-3 win over Bilston Town Community.
Atherstone Town went back on top with a 2-0 win at Paget Rangers as Stapenhill could only draw at home to OJM Black Country.
