CITY FALL AT FIRST HURDLE

WORCESTER City went out of this season's FA Cup this afternoon (Sunday) after a 4-1 defeat against Coventry United.
In a game played at Daventry Town FC, Billy Shaw and Louis Ezewele put through their own net and Aaron Roberts missed a penalty - Archie Muirhead got what proved to be City's consolation.
It means Haughmond, Highgate United, Hanley Town, Stone Old Alleynians. Uttoxeter Town, Lichfield City, Tividale, Whitchurch Alport and AFC Wulfrunians carry the hopes of the Midland Football League now in the FA Cup.
Haughmond face a replay at home to Hereford Lads Club at Shrewsbury Sports Village on Tuesday after a 0-0 draw yesterday.
