WHITCHURCH Alport are in the draw for the last 32 of the FA Vase tomorrow (Monday) after a 3-1 win at Atherstone Town.
Brady Middleton gave the Adders a half time lead but the Shropshire outfit came back through Temi Ajibola, a penalty from Ivan Urventev and a Jack Berman goal in injury time. Highgate United went out 4-0 at home to Congleton Town and Stourport Swifts on penalties to Rugby Town after the game had ended 2-2 in normal time. Walsall Wood will also be in the draw tomorrow after their game at home to Anstey Nomads was postponed. Worcester City took advantage of Hanley Town slipping up away to go within six points of the top spot in the premier division Debutant Reiss Taylor-Randle got two goals as they beat Romulus 5-1, Will Gibbons also scored two and Billy Shaw the other goal.Rikardo Reid got Romulus' consolation. Hanley Town lost 3-1 at AFC Wulfrunians despite Reece Jones giving them an early lead. Dominic Dell got two goals for Wulfrunians and Ty Knight the other. Shifnal Town and Boldmere missed the chance to close the gap on the leaders when their planned game at the Acoustafoam Stadium was postponed. Wolverhampton Casuals edged out second bottom Bewdley Town in a seven-goal thriller 4-3. Jack Male got two for Casuals, Reis Mahey and Tyler Bruck the others. Stone Old Alleynians continued their recent good run by surprising Lye Town 3-1 away with goals from Sam Wilson, Matt Thomas and a David Abelwhite penalty. Lye's David bellis had opened the scoring on 13 minutes. An Ethan Muckley goal five minutes from time at Haughmond moved Tividale up a few places in the table. Curtis Cocking had given Tivdale a first half lead but Harry Morris equalised for the home side on 72 minutes before Muckley's winner.
