Assistant Head of Football: Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Football regarding all aspects of the academy players’ development and progression. This is a major supporting role in the clubs football structure and involves all aspects of training and team management, so the right person must be suitably qualified and be able to demonstrate the right level of experience to fulfill this role. Senior Coach: Working closely and reporting to the Senior Team Manager. This person will be suitably qualified and have sufficient experience to take ownership of planning and delivering all senior training sessions as well as support the manager on match days. Goalkeeper Coach: Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Team Manager. The right person will be suitably qualified and will be responsible for planning and delivering all goalkeeper specific training sessions as well as being the mentor to all goalkeepers at the club. Development Coaches: Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Football Development. We are looking for a number of qualified coaches working across age specific squads who are willing to take full responsibility for all aspects of training and matchday management. Fitness Coach: Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Team Manager. This person will be suitably qualified and will be responsible for the players Collective Development Programmes (CDP’s) and Individual Development Programmes (IDP’s). The fitness coach will work across all squads at the club. Sports Therapist: Reporting to the Head of Football. The right person will be suitably qualified and will be responsible for all aspects of player rehabilitation as well as keeping every player’s fitness and well-being at its peak. Football Secretary Senior Teams: Reporting to the Head of Football. The Football Secretary is the club’s official contact for correspondence between the club, County FA and the League and Cup Competitions. Day to day duties will include the fixture diary, player registrations and match official co-ordination. Analyst: Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Team Manager. This person will be responsible for analysing the performance of the players using digital equipment and the latest analytical methods. Gary has been Head of Sport for Stafford FM Radio for a number of years and also has extensive experience of liaising with the written media. Gary joins us in a couple of weeks and will be present at the next Council Meeting on 18th May at the Village Hotel. This is a very important addition to the League as Gary's role will be key in promoting the League in a positive light to outside stakeholders in the coming years.
